If you have big dreams and plans in life, you need people around you who share in that drive and ambition, and can add true value to what you’re doing. Not people who are just tagging along for the ride or haven’t committed themselves to their own success and personal development.
You need people ahead of you: those with a bigger vision, higher standards, scarier ambitions and who are out of your league. Being around them forces you to grow.
