Raising my boys into good men is the most important job I’ll ever have. And every day, I’m still learning.
But if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: The values I’ve poured into them, day-by-day, are shaping the men they’re becoming.
Respect. Responsibility. Kindness. Courage. Not just words, but daily lessons. Quiet examples. Tough conversations. And a lot of love.
I’m not raising them to be perfect. I’m raising them to be good. Good to themselves. Good to others. Good for the people and rooms that they find themselves in.
To the men reading this, raise your children to be better than you.
Teach them your values, guide them with love, and prepare them for a world that needs their intellect and maturity.
Be the father figure they need and the role model they deserve.
Don’t be a father in name only. Build a path and push them to walk on it.
