At #McDanGroup, we recognise that the old-school approach to careers, which was to pick the job you want to have three or four years from now and then work diligently until you get there, just isn’t working as well as it used to. Traditional ideas of what a career is or should be and how you create one don’t seem to work very well in these times.

This is why we are thrilled to see the #McDanYouthConnect make another stop in Kumasi.

For three straight days [From Thursday, March 27th to Saturday, March 29th], Dr Daniel McKorley and a selected group of seasoned business leaders will be giving young start-ups and student entrepreneurs the tools, insights, experiences, and advice to help them start, grow, and sustain their own businesses – enabling them to create jobs, build communities, and transform lives.
